Shrimp Butter

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 1/4 C butter (not oleo)
  • 2 tsp horseradish
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp grated onion

Preparation

Step 1

Fold in 1 small can of shrimp (drained). Put in blender. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. Serve with crackers.
