Ingredients
- 1 large onion
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 packages chicken necks
- 2 packages chicken belly buttons
- 1 package chicken wings
- 1/2 pound ground veal, for meat balls
- 2 potatoes, cut into bite size pieces
- 1 large can tomato juice
Preparation
Step 1
1 Fry the onion with the garlic powder until brown.
2 Add the necks, belly buttons, wings, and tomato juice.
3 Cook on low flame for 2 hours.
4 Add meatballs and potatoes cook for an additional 45 minutes.
