Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. chicken cutlets cut into 1" cubes.
- Dip in egg and Italian bread crumbs and 1/2 teasp. salt.
- Fry in oil until brown and drain on paper towels
Preparation
Step 1
Cook 16oz. linguine and drain
Melt 1/2 lb butter with 2 garlic cloves, minced
Toss with chicken and 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
