Preparation

Step 1

Makes up about 1,000 cc of liquid and blend it in the blender until it becomes a smooth brown liquid. Separate it into two halves of about 500 cc each and use the first part for a marinade for ribs and the second half for a sauce Add to the ribs at table side after they were cooked. Reduce the reserved 500cc by simmering on the stove for nearly an hour to get it down to a gorgeous and extremely delicious thick dark brown BBQ sauce.

The taste of this BBQ sauce is unbeatable... fabulous taste!!
Be sure to reduce the sauce and get the thin watery initial product down to a nice dark brown thick sauce. Cook it down slowly so as not to burn the honey and sugar.

CONSIDER: Adding 1/2 to 1 Cups of Orange Juice

For CHICKEN, BEEF or PORK. It would work GREAT on Brisket.
