Creamed Eggs on Toast

Yummy breakfast usually served at Easter when there are too many hardboiled eggs around. Also good in the winter when it is cold outside.

Ingredients
- White Sauce:
- 2 T Flour
- 2 T Butter
- 1 C Milk
- 2-3 hardboiled eggs double sliced
- Several slices of jarred chipped beef, chopped into small pieces
- Toast/Biscuits

Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter and mix with flour, stirring constantly. Add milk, continue stirring. When hot, add eggs and chipped beef. Spoon over toast. Salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with fresh fruit.
(Can be doubled or tripled for more people).
