Ingredients

  • 1

    (15 oz) can ranch style beans, drained and rinsed

  • 1

    head lettuce, torn

  • 1

    onion, chopped

  • 1

    cup grated cheddar cheese

  • 2

    tomatoes, diced

  • 1

    (8 oz) package corn chips

  • 1

    (8 oz) bottle catalina salad dressing

  • 1

    lb ground beef, browned (optional)

  • 1

    avocado, pitted and diced (optional)

  • 1

    green pepper, diced (optional)

Directions

Combine the first 6 ingredients in a large bowl. Add optional ingredients if desired and toss all with the salad dressing. Note: If not serving immediately, do not mix in the corn chips and salad dressing. This will keep the chips from getting soggy.
