Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 12 oz. redfish filets (skin on)

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter in small saucepan. Add onions and garlic, and cook until softened. Add spices and stir until mixed well. Cool.

Spray grill rack with non-stick cooking oil. Rub spice mixture onto skinless side of filet. Place fish on grill, skin side down. Grill at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Enjoy!
