Impossible Tuna Pie

Ingredients

• 1 6 1/2 oz. Can Tuna
• 1 C Shredded Sharp Cheese
• 1 Pkg. (3 oz.) Cream Cheese
• 1/4 C. Sliced Green Onions
• 3/4 tsp. Salt
• 1 Jar (2 oz.) Chopped Pimentos
• 2 C. Milk
• 1 C. Bisquick
• 4 Eggs
• dash Nutmeg

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Grease 10' x 1 1/2" pie plate. Mix tuna, cheese, onion, and pimento in pie plate. Beat rest of ingredients 15 seconds in blender, 1 minute by hand. Pour into pie plate. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 30-45 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Serve with sliced tomatoes.
