Ingredients
- 9 " Pie Crust
- 1 Tbs. Butter
- 2 C. Whipping Cream
- 4 Eggs
- 3/4 tsp.Salt
- 1/4 Lb. Shredded Swiss Cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Spread pie crust with butter. In a medium bowl with wire whisk, mix cream, eggs, and salt until well blended. Stir in cheese. Pour mixture into pie crust.
Bake 15 minutes, turn oven to 325 degrees and bake 35 minutes until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
