Ingredients

  • 1 cup tomatoes-- finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup cucumbers-- finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon ripe olives-- finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon red onion-- finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon joice
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons parsley-- chopped
  • 2 cloves of pressed garlic
  • 1 pinch of oregano
  • 4 tablespoons of crumbled feta cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together and serve fresh. Or mix all ingredients except feta cheese and refrigerate for a couple of days, add feta just before serving.
