Ingredients
- 1 cup tomatoes-- finely chopped
- 1/3 cup cucumbers-- finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon ripe olives-- finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon red onion-- finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon joice
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons parsley-- chopped
- 2 cloves of pressed garlic
- 1 pinch of oregano
- 4 tablespoons of crumbled feta cheese

Step 1
Mix all ingredients together and serve fresh. Or mix all ingredients except feta cheese and refrigerate for a couple of days, add feta just before serving.
