  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 4-5 california mild green chillies, canned
  • 8 oz cottage cheese
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 1 can cream corn
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 cup jack cheese

Preparation

Step 1

400*
9x13 pan sprayed

Mix dry ing.
Set aside.

Dice chillies in large pieces

Mix wet ing.

Mix dry into wet ing.

Stir in cheese and chillies

Pour and BAKE 400* 25 min.
THEN
350* for 20 min

Freezes well.
