Ingredients
- 1 cup yellow corn meal
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 4-5 california mild green chillies, canned
- 8 oz cottage cheese
- 8 oz sour cream
- 1 can cream corn
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1/2 cup oil
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 cup jack cheese
Details
Preparation
Step 1
400*
9x13 pan sprayed
Mix dry ing.
Set aside.
Dice chillies in large pieces
Mix wet ing.
Mix dry into wet ing.
Stir in cheese and chillies
Pour and BAKE 400* 25 min.
THEN
350* for 20 min
Freezes well.
