Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 1/2 tsp milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 square chocolate melted with 2 tsp butter and 1/2 cup nuts
- 4 tsp cocoa
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup white sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Mix and spread first seven ingredients into 8-inch pan. Mix together and sprinkle the cocoa, brown sugar and white sugar over top of first seven ingredients. Over all this pour 1 to 1-1/2 cups cold water. Bake at 300 degrees for 40 minutes, then at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
