Ingredients
- 2 Tbs. rice-wine vinegar
- 2 Tbs. soy sauce
- 1 Tbs. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. grated ginger
- 16 wonton wrappers
- 1/2 cup thawed and squeezed spinach
- 3 TBS corn
- 3 TBS grated carrots

Step 1
Whisk liquid. Put 16 wonton wrappers on your work surface. Have your child place 1 tsp. spinach, 1/2 tsp. corn, and 1/2 tsp. carrots on one side of each of the wrappers. Then have her drizzle more soy sauce on top of the veggies in the wrappers.
Bring a pot of water to a boil. Ask your kid to brush the sides of the wonton wrappers with water. Help her fold them over and pinch the sides together to seal. Boil for 3 minutes; drain.
