Ham Salad

Stored in an airtight container, this salad can be refrigerated up to 3 days.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups diced ham, rind removed
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
  • 1 tablespoon whole-grain mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

Step 1

1. CHOP HAM Pulse ham in bowl of food processor until coarsely chopped, about ten 1-second pulses.

2. MAKE SALAD Combine mayonnaise, relish, mustard, and pepper in medium bowl. Add ham and mix. Serve chilled.
