Thin Mints

Ingredients

  • 1 package (8 squares) Bakers semi sweet chocolate
  • ¼ tsp. peppermint extract
  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers

Preparation

Step 1

Microwave chocolate in small microwaveable bowl as directed on package. Stir until completely melted. Blend in extract. Dip crackers in melted chocolate, completely coating crackers with chocolate. Scrape off excess chocolate. Place on wax paper lined baking sheet. Refrigerate 30 minutes or until chocolate is firm.
