Deviled Eggs

  • 6 hard-cooked eggs, peeled
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper



Step 1

Cut eggs lengthwise in half. Slip out egg yolks and mash with fork. Mix in mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper. Fill egg whites with egg yolk mixture, heaping it lightly.

Arrange eggs on large serving plate. Cover and refrigerate up to 24 hours.
