Fluffy Frosting

Ingredients

  • 1 C of Sugar
  • 1/3 C of Water
  • 1/4 Tsp of Cream of Tarter
  • A Dash of Salt
  • 1 Egg White
  • 1/4 Tsp Vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Bring Sugar, Water, Cream of Tarter, and Salt to a boil. Cook till Sugar dissolves. Slowly add to unbeaten Egg White, beating constantly with an electric or rotary beater till the spreading consistency. Add Vanilla.

Frosts top and sides of one 8 or 9 inch square cake pan or one loaf cake.
