Banana Nut Bread - Grandma Bass

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup butter
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 2 cups flour
• 1 cup mashed bananas (approx. 3 medium bananas)
• 1 teaspoon soda
• 3 Tablespoons buttermilk
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup pecans (chopped) 1 16 oz. bag makes recipe 4 times

Preparation

Step 1

Mix ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour in greased and floured loaf pan.

Double recipe makes 4 large loaves or 10 small loaves.
