Tater-Tot Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 lbs lean ground beef
  • 1/2 cup chopped frozen onion and green peppers
  • 2 can condensed cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
  • 1 16 oz package frozen tater tots
  • 2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • salt & pepper
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Brown ground beef with onions and peppers. season with seasonings

In a casserole dish, combine ground beef mixture & cream soup.

Top mixture with tater tots.

Bake , uncovered, for 30-40 minutes till bubbly and Tots are golden brown.

Remove from oven & top with cheese, return to oven until melted.
