Grammy's Chicken and Spaghetti

Ingredients

• 1 Lb Chicken breasts
• 1 Lb grated cheese
• 1/2 stick margarine
• 3/4 Cup Onion
• 3/4 Cup bell pepper
• 3/4 cup celery
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup
• 1/2 Cup chopped olives
• 2 Cups broth from chicken

Preparation

Step 1

Boil chunked chicken breasts

Brown in Margarine:
3/4 cup each onion, bell pepper and celery

Add 2 Cups broth from chicken
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Simmer slowly for 10 minutes

Cook Spaghetti in broth where chicken was boiled

To skillet ingredients add:
1/2 Lb. grated cheese
1/2 Cup olives
garlic salt
pepper
chicken
spaghetti

Place in greased casserole and top with grated cheese
Cover with foil

Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes
