Peanut Butter Brownie

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 4 oz semisweet chocolate, chopped
  • 2 oz unsweetened chocolate, chopped
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • Pinch salt
  • 1/4 cup cruncly or smooth peanut buter
  • 1 cup peanut butter chips, melted

Preparation

Step 1

In saucepan, over medium heat, melt together butter, semisweet chocolate and unsweetened chocolate. Let cool for 10 minutes.
Whisk in sugar, eggs, one at a time, vanilla and peanut. Stir in flour and salt.
Scrape int greased 8 inch square metal cake pan & bake in centre of 350F oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until cake tester inserted in centre comes cut with a few moist crumbs dinging. Spread with peanut butter chips. Let cool in pan on rack. Cut into squares.
Makes 16 pieces.
