Ingredients

  • 1 Envelope of Unflavored Gelatin
  • 1/2 C Cold Water
  • 1 1/2 C Fruit Juice (Your choice of favor)
  • 1/4 C Sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Sprinkle Gelatin over Water in small saucepan. Place over low heat. Stir constantly until Gelatin dissolves (about 3 minutes). Remove from heat. Stir in Sugar. Stir in Juice. Pour in individual dishes or 2 C Jello mold. Chill until set.

******To add fruit to Jello - Reduce Juice to 1 1/4 C, chill until slightly thick. Stir in 1 1/2 cups of well drained cutup fresh, canned, or frozen fruit except pineapple.******
