Funnel Cakes

Ingredients

  • 3 Eggs
  • 2 C Milk
  • 1/4 C Sugar
  • 3 C Flour
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 2 Tsp Baking Powder

Preparation

Step 1

Beat Eggs. Add Sugar and Milk. Sift 1/2 Flour, Salt, and Baking Powder together and add to Egg/Milk mixture. Beat Batter until smooth and add only enough Flour so mixture will run through Funnel.

Drop Funnel dough into hot fat. Sprinkle with Powder Sugar if preferred.
