Ingredients

  • 2

    cups plain Greek yogurt

  • 2

    tbsp honey

  • 1/2

    tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2

    med orange, juice only

  • 1

    lg banana, sliced

  • 1

    fresh blueberries, washed and drained

  • 1

    pt fresh raspberries, washed and drained

  • 1

    pt fresh strawberries, culled and quartered

  • 1

    bunch seedless green grapes, washed, drained and stemmed

  • Granulated sugar

  • Bowl of granola

Directions

Combine the yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract in a bowl and set aside. Combine the orange juice and banana slices in a separate bowl. Mix berries and grapes together, sprinkle lightly with sugar. Gently mix the two fruit mixtures together, do not bruise the fruit. Spoon the fruit into serving bowls and top with yogurt. Provide side bowl of granola for those who like a crunchy topping. For brunch, you may want to layer the fruit in a nice glass bowl and serve with yogurt and granola on the side.
