Ingredients

  • Chicken Cut Into 1" Pieces
  • 1/4 C Cornstarch
  • 1 Large Tomato Cut Up
  • 1 C. Sliced Mushrooms
  • 1 C. Chopped Green Onions
  • 1 tsp. Accent
  • 1/4 C Corn Oil
  • 1/3 C. Water Chestnuts
  • 1 C. Sliced Celery
  • 1/4 C Soy Sauce
  • 2 C. Lettuce Shredded
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

Preparation

Step 1

Roll chicken in cornstarch. Heat oil in wok over medium high heat. Brown Chicken. Sprinkle with garlic. Add tomatoes, water chestnuts, mushrooms, onion, and celery. Stir and sprinkle with Accent. Stir in soy sauce. Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Rmove from heat add lettuce and toss. Serve with rice.
