Ingredients

    8 oz. Pkg. Noodles

    Tbs. Butter

  • 1

    C. Diced Celery

  • 2

    Tbs. Flour

  • ¼

    tsp. Dry Mustard

  • tsp. Salt

  • Dash Pepper

  • C. Milk

  • 2

    tsp. Worchesteshire Sauce

  • 1

    C. Grated American Cheese

  • ¼

    C. Diced Pimento

  • ¼

    C. Diced Green Pepper

  • 2

    C. Diced Cooked Chicken

  • ½

    C. Soft Bread Crumbs

  • 1

    C. Diced Roasted Almonds

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 drgrees. Cook noodles until tender. Melt butter, add celery, cover and cook over low heat for 10 minutes. Blend in flour, mustard, salt, and pepper. Add milk and worchesteshire. Cook and stir until thicken. Stir in cheese, chicken, pimento, green pepper, well drained noodles, and half the almonds. Turn into shallow baking dish, top with bread crumbs and remaining almonds. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
