Ingredients
- 2 tblsp margarine
- t tblsp flour
- 1 cup mild
- 2 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup cubed chicken
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 can biscuts
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 375. In small sauce pan, melt margarine; stir in flour. Cook until smooth. Gradually stir in milk. Cook over medium heat till thickened, stirring constantly. Add 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese stir till melted and remove from heat. (Reserve 2/3 cup sauce) Add to sauce cubed chicken, onion. Seperate biscuts into 10 biscuts, press each to a 4" circle. Place 2 tblsp chicken mixture down center and roll up. Place seamed side down in ungreased 9" pan. Bake 20 mins or until golden brown. Spoon on reserved sauce & 1/2 cup shredded cheese. Bake 2-3 mins or until cheese is melted.
