    Store bought pastry pie shell

  • 1

    Jar Artichoke hearts, drained and chopped up

  • 1

    Clove Garlic, crushed (or 1/8 tsp. Garlic Powder)

  • 5

    Extra large eggs

  • 1

    Lg. Mozzarella Cheese, chopped up

  • 4

    Tab. Parmesan or Romano cheese

  • 1

    Tab. Black Pepper

Directions

1. Partially bake the one pie shell. Cut the other into strips about ¾” wide 2. Beat the eggs well, and add all the other ingredients together. 3. Place mixture into pie shell and use strips to make lattice work on top. 4. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 – 60 minutes until mixture feels firm to the touch.
