Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 1 # large mushrooms
  • 1 1/2 C onions, finely chopped
  • 1 stick butter
  • parsley
  • corn starch
  • 1 # crabmeat
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Salt & pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Clean and remove stems from mushrooms. Melt butter and dip caps in butter and place on cookie sheet. Saute onions. Add chopped stems and cook ~5 minutes. Add corn starch to thicken. Add remaining ingredients. Cook. Spoon into caps of mushrooms and broil.

Alternate:
no cornstarch, parsley, crabmeat
add breadcrumbs, chopped raw shrimp, crispy bacon, crumbled, marsala wine
