Pepperoni Pockets

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg (10 count each, large size) refrigerated biscuits
  • 1 cup heinz tomato ketchup
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp dried italian seasoning
  • 1 cup sliced pepperoni (about 4 oz)

Preparation

Step 1

Flatten biscuits into 4 inch circles. Combine ketchup, cheese and seasoning. Place 1 tblsp ketchup mixture on one half of each biscuit. Top with 3 slices pepperoni. Fold in half; press edges together. Place on baking sheet. Bake in preheated 375 for 18-20 mins.
