Ingredients
- 1/3 c. red wine vinegar
- 1/3 c. water
- 1 sm. onion, cut in rings
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned pepper
- 2 tsp. parsley, snipped
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 T. sugar
- 12 oz. canned mushroom caps,
- drained

Preparation
Step 1
Bring all to a boil, then add mushrooms, Simmer for 5 minutes. Marinate in the refrigerator for 12 hours, or overnight.
