CAKE - Banana Loaf by Shirley Nagle

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup soft butter/margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 3 ripe bananas
  • pinch of salt

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients with mashed bananas. Pour in warm greased loaf pan and bake for 1 hours in moderate oven. 350ºF - 375 ºF
