Boiled Dinner - Corned Beef

  • Potatoes
  • Bay leaf
  • Black Pepper
  • Cabbage

Step 1

Boil meat in water for about 4 hours (covered) almost covered with water. Put carrots, potatoes, bay leaf and pepper in. Cook for about 1 hour (til veggies are almost done). Remove meat from juice - add cabbage (cut into wedges). Cook about 1/2 hour.

Make paste of equal parts mustard and brown sugar. Spread over meat and put into oven for 15-25 minues at 200 degrees to keep warm while cabbage is cooking.
