Crab Dip - Hot

Ingredients

• 2 cups grated pepper jack cheese
• 1 8 ounce package cream cheese - softened
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 1/2 cup minced red bell pepper
• 1/2 cup minced green onion
• 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1 1/2 teaspoons crab seasoning
• 16 ounce crabmeat
• grated parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl combine cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, bell pepper, green onion, parsley, lemon juice and crab seasoning. gently fold in crabmeat. Spoon into 1 1/2 quart baking dish and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake 30 to 35 minutes until bubbly.
