Ingredients

  • Crust:
  • 1 (8 oz.) Pkg. Cream Cheese, not low-fat, room temperature
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/4 tsp. Black Ground Pepper
  • 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • Topping:
  • 1/2 Cup Pizza Sauce
  • 1 1/2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese
  • Topping of choice--Mushrooms, green pepper, pepperoni, onions, etc.

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray 9 x 13 inch baking pan with cooking spray. Mix cream cheese, eggs, black pepper, garlic powder, and Parmesan cheese with mixer until well mixed. Spread into baking dish. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Allow crust to cool for 10 minutes. Top with pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, and toppings of choice. Sprinkle with garlic powder. Bake for an additional 8-10 minutes until cheese is melted.
