White Chocolate Pistachio Cherry Bark with Bittersweet Chocolate Drizzle

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Dried Cherries
  • 1 tbsp Water
  • 11 oz White Chocolate
  • 6 oz Vanilla-Flavored Candy Coating
  • 3/4 cup Pistachio Nuts, coarsely chopped
  • 3 oz Bittersweet Chocolate, finely chopped

Preparation

Step 1

In a small glass bowl, microwave the cherries with one tablespoon of water for 2 minutes; drain and set aside.

In a medium sized bowl, microwave the chips and candy coating together until melted, stirring a couple of times until smooth.

Stir in the cherries and pistachios and spread on a wax paper lined pan. Spread it out to desired thickness. Press a few cherries and pistachios on top and push into the mixture before it sets. Place in the refrigerator and chill until firm.

In a small bowl, place the bittersweet chocolate and microwave until melted and smooth when stirred. Drizzle with a spoon over the mixture.

When chocolate becomes firm, break into pieces.
