Ingredients

  • 1

    cup yogurt (dahi) chilled

  • 1

    tbsp milk

  • 1/2

    tsp cardamom powder

  • 1

    tsp nuts for garnish

  • 8-10

    strands of saffron

  • 2

    tsp sugar

Directions

1. Soak saffron strands in warm milk. Crush it well till flavour is well mixed with milk. Set aside. Beat yogurt well. 2. Add sugar, cardamom powder, saffron soaked in milk & blend it once in a mixer to combine well . 3. Garnish with chopped nuts, saffron. 4. Chill it. Kesar lassi is ready to serve.
