Italian cookies

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound butter (creamed)
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 eggs (add one at a time)
  • 1 pound riccotta cheese
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 4 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

Preparation

Step 1

Mix first 3 ingredients.
Add riccotta cheese and vanilla
Sift the flour and add salt and baking soda
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes
Frost the cookies after cooled
