Ingredients
- 6 hard boiled eggs
- 1/4 c fat-free plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/8 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
- Paprika (or cayenne or cracked black pepper)
- Dill for garnish
Preparation
Step 1
1. Cut 6 peeled, hard-boiled eggs lengthwise
2. Place egg whites on a plate and yolks in a bowl. Add next 4 ingredients (through freshly ground pepper) to yolks and mash together.
3. Spoon into egg-white halves. Sprinkle with paprika, cayenne or cracked black pepper and garnish with dill
