Ingredients
- 6 Br. Sugar
- 1 qt. Sherry wine
- 2 Cups Hoisin Sauce
- 2 Cups Brown ground bean sauce
- 4 T. Salt
- 4 T. Soy sauce
- 4 C. Catsup
- 2 oz. Garlic
- 2 oz. Ginger
Preparation
Step 1
Crush garlic & ginger, simmer in portion of wine
mix other ingredients well, then add wind strained from simmering Spices
