Boil 1/2 c brown sugar, 1/2 c white sugar, 1/2 butter, 1/4 c milk and 1 c graham cracher crumbs for 5 minutes. LIne a 9x13 pan with a layer of Club crackers. Pour the caramel sauce over the crackers in the pan. Add another layer of Club crackers. Microwave the frosting which is 1/2 c chocolate chips, 2/3 c peanut butter and 1/2 c butterscotch chips about 1.5 mintues or until melted and power over bars in pan.
