Ingredients

    pound ripe bananas

  • 2/3

    cup sugar

  • 2/3

    cup milk

  • 2

    tablespoons dark rum

Directions

Peel the bananas, cut into pieces, and place in food processor. Puree until smooth. Add the sugar, milk, and rum and process for another 30 seconds. Transfer to an ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer's directions.
