Egg Rolls

Ingredients

• package cole slaw mix
• 1 tblsp. Soy sauce
• Small amount diced onion
• 4 tblsp. Sugar
• 1 package egg roll wrappers
• Oil for deep frying

Preparation

Step 1

Saute all ingredients until crisp tender. Wrap in egg roll wrappers. Deep fry until golden brown.
Serve with sweet and sour sauce.
