    lbs dark sweet potatoes

    cup canned pumpkin puree

  • 1

    egg

  • 3

    egg whites

  • 1/2

    cup light sour cream

  • 2/3

    cup Splenda granulated

  • 1

    Tbs butter, melted

  • 3/4

    tsp cinnamon

  • 1

    tsp baking powder

  • 1/4

    tsp salt

  • 1

    tsp vanilla

  • 1/4

    cup chopped pecans

  • Pierce potatoes with fork.

  • Mirowave 10 min

  • 350

    * preheatd oven

  • Spray 2 quart or soffle dish

  • Scoop out the potatoes and mix with other ingredients, EXCEPT nuts.

  • Pour into dish

  • Top with nuts

  • BAKE 25-30 min

  • Or until center slightly puffs.
