This is supposed to be a healthy alternative to bread esp for breakfast - I would omit the cinnamon.
Reviews have said to replace the stevia with agave nector. Others said it was dry... others said to add almond butter... others said to cut back on the baking powder... others said to increase the stevia...

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup ground flax
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon powder
  • 1 tsp. Coconut Oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Packet Stevia/Truvia

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together in a coffee mug. Microwave for 50 seconds.
