Schnitzel Pastrami Roll Ups

Ingredients

  • 1 package Schnitzel
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup cornflake crumbs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup mustard
  • 1 pound pastrami

Preparation

Step 1

1 Combine oil and spices together, add raw schnitzel. Soak in mixture for 1 1/2 hours.
2 Dip each pieces in cornflake crumbs on outside. Then, spread mayo and mustard on inside and a piece of pastrami.
3 Roll up each piece, insert toothpick into center. Spritz with oil.
4 Pack tightly together. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes to an hour.
