Ingredients
- 9 cups Rice Chex
- 1 1/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 2/3 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 12/3 cups powdered sugar
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup Cadbury mini eggs
- 1/2 cup Easter M&M's

Line a baking sheet with wax paper and set aside. Measure cereal into a large bowl; set aside.
In 1-quart microwavable bowl, microwave chocolate chips and peanut butter uncovered on High 1 minute; stir. Microwave about 30 seconds longer or until mixture can be stirred smooth. Stir in vanilla. Pour mixture over cereal, stirring until evenly coated. Pour into 2-gallon resealable food-storage plastic bag.
Add powdered sugar. Seal bag; shake until well coated. Spread on waxed paper to cool.
Sprinkle the mini marshmallows, Cabury mini eggs and Easter M&M's throughout the mixture.
Serve in a bowl. Optional, add a peep on top!
