Ingredients
- 1 1/2 box of mini shell pasta cooked
- 1 can black olives chopped
- 1/2 can shelled chick peas (optional)
- 1 seeded chopped cucumber
- 1 cup sweet cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 red onion chopped
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 5 oz feta cheese
- 3 oz mini pepperoni slices
- 2 tbls basil pesto
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar (more to taste)
- Salt and pepper to taste
