Hazelnut Milk Chocolate Chuck Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, room temp
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 10-oz package milk chocolate chunks
  • 1 cup chopped hazelnuts

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat to 350. beat butter and sugars with an electric mixer in a mixing bowl until well combined. beat in eggs one at a time, mixing until fluffy. add vanilla.

stir together the flour, salt and baking soda in a small bowl, then stir into the butter mixture. stir in the chocolate and nuts.

drop by spoonfuls, 2 inches apart, onto baking sheets. bake 10 to 11 minutes, or until golden brown on the edges and still just slightly soft in the centers. transfer to wire rack to cool
